부산에서 태어나 지금도 산다. 여러작품에서 다양한 스태프를 하다가 연출을 하게 된다.  사람의 숨결과 공간, 시간의 결을 담는  다큐 작업이 좋아서 하는 중이다. 단편극영화' 그 자리,' 단편다큐'천국장의사''SEPTEMBER'를 만들었다.
