47years have passed since Seongnam District was promoted to a city.
The old city center formed in the early days is suffering from unwanted gentrification.
Taepyeong-dong is the highest part of Seongnam with the narrow, steep roads on the Yeong-jang mountain.
The closest place to the sky, Taepyeong-dong is on the edge of disappearing.
The film presents records of people who have lived in Taepyeong-dong since the beginning of Seongnam till now.
