<시놉시스>
국문 : 구절초 꽃 필 무렵, 남편의 기일이 다가왔다.
장을 보고 돌아온 엄마.
먼저 도착한 큰딸이 뭘 이렇게 많이 샀냐며 한마디 하고 하나 둘 들어오는 자식들도 한마디씩 거든다.
다같이 정성스레 음식하며 오순도순 이야기하고 싶은 마음도 몰라주는
자식들에게 서운한 엄마는 고생한 남편 생각에 마음이 더 아리다.
영문 : When the Korean chrysanthemum bloomed,
the anniversary of my husband's death approached.
The mother comes back from grocery shopping.
“Why did you buy so much?” asks her eldest daughter.
Other children who enter one-by-one and also comment on this.
The mother is upset that her children do not know that she wants them to prepare the food together and spend time talking,
so her heart aches more thinking about her husband who suffered many hardships.
