It has been 47 years since Seongnam was promoted to a city, and the old downtown, which was formed in the early days, is suffering from gentrification. Tae Pyeong-dong, the topmost neighborhood in Seongnam with narrow and steep slopes and clean air thanks to Mt. Yeong-jang in the back, may disappear due to the urban regeneration. The film records the stories of people in Tae Pyeong-dong from the early days of Seongnam to the present.
