사라져가는 문화라며 취재를 오는 이가 있기는 해도 정작 언양매일대장간에서 만든 물건을 사가는 사람은 줄었다. 하지만 대장장이는 "나를 필요로 하는 사람이 찾아왔을 때 변함없이 그 자리에 있고 싶다"라며 오늘도 묵묵히 자신의 자리를 지킨다. 그리고 그 옆에는 낡은 라디오가 꾸준히 흐르고 있다.

There are still some people who interview him about the disappearing culture, but Eonyang Maeil Blacksmith receives fewer and fewer visitors. Nevertheless, the blacksmith steadfastly works on his craft, saying “I’d like to be there for whoever needs me.” Playing next to him is an old radio that seems just as indefatigable.
